After being a satisfied customer since 2007 when I built my home, I was recently treated to the top down policy. I had a small project at home requiring about a dozen composite deck boards. After spotting a stack of the left overboards, I was told that there was no sorting through this pile, whatever you touch you buy. I was prepared and ready just to sort through the boards and re-stack them as I found them however that was not possible and I left very disappointed with this formerly great place to shop. Thanks Phil, I am no longer your customer.
