Hi Judy, I'm so disappointed you would judge our entire business on one employee's actions at one specific minute with devastating review. Unfortunately, theft is a huge problem for us. Our employees are expected to interact with the customers continuously, it's nothing personal. The 1 star review is a blow to my heart, but I consider this review to be positive. I'm much more concerned about our employees ignoring customers which is much worse. Take care, Chris

Cute shop, husband was looking for a sweatshirt. One of the employees came to make sure we were not stealing twice! I Didnt know my family and I (including my 9 yo and baby) looked like wed take a week vacation to San Diego to steal sweatshirts.
Hi Samantha, I sorry you felt that way. This is the first time we have ever received a negative review based on our pricing and I'm curious what you found to be over price. Even though it's much harder for a small business to remain competitive with Amazon and not receiving the big discounts the major chains get we keep our prices no higher than theirs. If you can give me an example of what you thought was high we can reevaluate those items. Thanks!

Hi Yadira, I'm really sorry you had a bad experience. This is completely unacceptable and not typical for our staff which is usually amazing. I will talk to them today, so this won't happen again. Cute clothes & accessories, came in with my kids just to look and see and we werent greeted. They acted as if it was a bother we were there. As a local, Im not no sure Ill ever come back.
