Hard to find at first, offered refreshments in seating area. Appointment was an hour late once which was annoying as I had timed my day around it. Top lip was poorly filled- had a lump in it. Nothing done about it after I mentioned this, just offered more filler. Had to get it dissolved and refilled somewhere else. For the price theyre charging, I expected better. Super disappointed

I was tired of my frown lines as people thought I looked angry all the time. Since going to Defyne and having Botox treatments, people have said how well I look. Im so pleased I found Kate, my consultant at Defyne. She listened to my concerns and talked me through treatment options. I was scared initially and wasnt sure what to expect but thankfully it was a breeze. Im now on my third treatment of Botox at Defyne, my frown lines have softened immensely and my forehead is so smooth. I would highly recommend Defyne Aesthetics to anyone considering treatment.
