Unfortunately, this order was not as simple as it sounds and the color and quantity were switched a few times which only made it more complicated. After all our efforts, when we found out that you were not happy with the product, we processed a full refund to you right away. Not a good place for business. Spoke to Nishant about getting shirts made. It took 2 weeks to get all the info together. Felt like someone else took over the emailing process half way through because they didn't know my name as well as the fact that I wanted moister wicking shirts. This also caused the price of the order to increase due to the fact theyll not be able to do DTG on poly (moister wicking / performance) shirts so we'll have to use screen printing. On a side note, for a small business this team doesn't remember their customers and the specifics or their orders. Anyway, it took another week and half to get the first mock up done of what the shirt will look like. Final mock up was done a week later, this was the fastest process even with the edits I needed. Before giving a deposit I wanted to see the shirts which took another week to finally get hands on a sample. 2 weeks later the order was to be finally completed but due to machining issues the order was delayed another 2 days then another 2 days. This process started 5-28-19. Now the hope is to have the order ready tomorrow 7-31-19. I'll update when possible.
