Struggling to get the designs and proofs ready despite us having uploaded correct files online... order dashboard doesn't reflect the exact order but order email confirmations do.. phone lines are so busy, first call didn't resolve the problem, second call, message says they have a high volume and hangs up

The customer service is poor, slow and their complete lack of understanding is infuriating. We have used Solopress services for over 5 years with no issue. If there was something wrong with our order they would replace it without question. We have had an issue with an order from August and I am still trying to get it as per my instructions however, I am being met with complete distrust. I have to chase responses and email one is as frustrating as the previous response. Please can you just use your email history and stop wasting my time!
Joe at Solopress is an absolute star! Not only has he supported me step by step through a fairly complex order, he has been on hand for every call and email, responding super fast to ensure that I don't miss their cut-off time. Joe also checked in with their in-house designer Matt whilst I was on call, to ensure that the images I wanted to use would work, ahead of me even placing an order. Seriously helpful, I honestly couldn't have received better service. I'm excited to see the banners once they are delivered :) Thanks Joe, it's people and customer service like yours that gain repeat business and leave customers super happy! Terrible company. Spent thousands with them but their customer service couldn't care less. Printed a yellow flyer green. I upgraded my paper from 170gsm to 200gsm for this order but the paper was thinner than last time! Sent a compariaon in by post - after 4 weeks was told they lost it - as Royal Mail had lost a weeks worth of their mail. Hmmm. Just avoid them, they don't care. They think saving on having a reprint is good value VS retaining you as a customer. Know your value now - and don't get involved with them.
