Dear Theresa, We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, we do not buy one bedroom 420 sq ft houses (unless they are in certain areas). Im really sorry. Our intention is to be clear in our ads. Please note, our ads have never said that we will buy any house, but rather that we buy houses in any condition. We only have 30 seconds in our TV ads to state the main points of our company, and obviously, we cant mention everything, but we certainly do our best to consolidate thoughts and mention the most important points. Again, Im really sorry we were not able to help you.

Just like House Max, they don't buy all houses in any condition. They pick and choose, which in my opinion makes them liars. I just wonder when any quit meaning any such as we buy any house in any condition. In this case, any doesn't mean any. It means we pick and choose which houses we want to buy. That is their choice of course but they should make it clear that they don't buy any house in any condition.
