100 Stars would not be enough high praise for Lori, her incredibly high-quality work, her creativeness, her enthusiasm for helping her clients create something they will LOVE, and for just what an awesomely good, kind human being Lori is! I called Lori two weeks before my daughters wedding in Florida. We had been waiting four weeks for some embroidered robes for the bridal party to be delivered and had finally determined they were not going to arrive in time. I ordered different robes that were lovely, but did not come embroidered. The embroidery was important to my daughter. I searched for a local embroiderer and spoke with a couple local businesses before I found Lori. Just from speaking with her on the phone I had no question who I could put my faith in. I brought the robes up to Lori that day and gave her a general idea of what we were looking for. The next day she had a sample design available for me to see. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined (Loris design skills and creativity are outrageously good!)! She even had some suggestions about which color thread to use to create a perfectly matched and complimentary set. Lori called a few days later to say the robes were completed. When I picked them up, I noticed she had even steamed all of the shipping wrinkles out of the robes so the satin looked perfect. They were stunning! My daughter and her bridesmaids were ecstatic with the robes and Loris work. Even my son the brides brother and man of honor who never notices that sort of thing, noticed how great they looked. I cannot say enough good things about Lori and the work she does. She has extremely high-quality equipment which, paired with her skill and creativity, provided us with an end product that exceeded our wildest expectations. Oh, and, BONUS: Loris prices are incredibly reasonable. She takes great joy in making people happy and seems to consider that part of her payment. We are so grateful to Lori for her quick response to my call for help and the awesome embroidery she did for us. Thank you, Lori, for saving the day for this mother of the bride! p.s. I felt so strongly about the quality of both our experience and Loris work that even after Google randomly shut down and lost the draft of my original review, I wrote a whole new one!
