I appreciate the service but the interface is very klugey. No way to sort properties, no way to remove out of date applications that no longer apply, etc.

Misleading report. Glad I finally found that out after using it for the past 4 years through 5+ reports (the most expensive option most times). My applicant showed up as having a criminal record. Wrong person and it showed through the middle initial of the court record but MySmartMove wouldnt provide any clarification nor help. Refused to even confirm the year of birth of my applicant (to see if it might align with the record), and even what middle initial the applicant has based on social.
