Needed some information and i could hear receptions talking to other people. She did not even put me on hold. asked her questions and seemed as if she was in a hurry to finish call. Extremely disappointed

Horrible customer service. Ive called, emailed and used their website. No response. Worthless. I had to go in but was just blowing me off trying to get back to work i had alot of questions.

I love the work that KV Print did for my project. We needed 150 shirts of various sizes and colors for our school field trip. Nick did a great job helping me with the design and their customer service was awesome. It was nice to get my business done in town and they met every expectation. We've gone to other print shops that were a mess, that is not KV Print. They are friendly, organized, helpful, and professional. I already know we will go back the next time we need shirts. Thanks guys!

Awesome first experience. I came in on a Thursday morning with my design for 4 shirts as a birthday gift, and they got them to me in time the next day just before closing.

Dissatisfying to see the level of service and quality of work here. Its unfortunate since I had other work completed here before. A one time event for my company job and they could not follow a simple order for the color patches. What was worse too was that when you ask to speak with the manager, the workers tell you to stand and not have a seat since they will have another appointment coming to their desk. Rude much? I understand that they dont want an upset consumer in front of them but be more civilized please. Thats probably the worst treatment they could give even when it was their fault for damaging the jacket and color of the patches. On top of that, going to your co-workers and talking bad about me is unprofessional behavior. I would advise everyone to be cautious of doing any work with this store due to the accuracy and quality of work being poor, as well as the level of service with the consumers being poor. Overall rating below 1 star.
