Horrible! Go anywhere else! Idk how they have 5 stars or have been in business that long! I was told an hr once they recieved the metal delivery the next day and that i woyod be called...3 full business days later i call them since thats when my job was set up, assuming the metal was done. I call them first thing at 7. I get a response.. it will still be a couple hrs. Excuse me? U told me an hr is all it would take you at the most to begin with...why is it taking a couple hours now on top of having at least 48 other hours to work on it? Is this how you conduct business? Their response...not normally. Ha. Pathetic! Dont go here...u will lose business relying on their word!

Several sheet metal companies in Tulsa arent interested in doing business with someone placing a small order. Not so with the guys at A-1 Sheet Metal. I needed a custom piece to sit under my aluminum fuel cell for my 1949 Mercury. After I called and told them what I was looking for, I was told to go to the 13th street location. When I opened the door I was greeted by a friendly guy sweeping the floor; he gave me directions to the office. Once in the office, I was helped by a professional staff, and placed my order. A few minutes later, while chatting with the nice office lady, they brought in my order. The guy even offered to carry it out to my car - how sweet is that? The entire interaction took less than 20 minutes. The service was outstanding.

Top notch buying experience. They had what I needed at what I thought was a fair price and they had it ready for me when I got there. The woman in the front office was super friendly as were the guys in the back. I'll definitely buy from them again!
