It's better to buy a ticket from a premium airline. Although the ticket appeared to be cheaper, the taxes and fees as well as bag add-on makes the price more expensive than American. Also, their customer service is horrible and the limes moved so slow

I was very unhappy with one of the agents, because she told me to go to another line because I had a ticket on my bag, but I didn't realize it was there and she yelled at me in front of all the people like I was a child, saying she didn't tell me to move and everyone heard her. I'm 63 years old and I didn't need that. I wa humiliated by someone old enough to be my child.

Never is clear about directions of what to do when you arrive to airport. Doesn't save time whether you get your boarding pass on your phone and check in early or not, you still have to stand in line. Fairly cheap. You pay for what you get for I guess.
