If you're a white guy with short hair needing just a buzz, great, this place is for you - they'll treat you like a king. If you're anything else, don't bother - you're not wanted, and they'll make that pretty clear. How else to explain waiting 35 min. and getting passed over TWICE, the second time by a walk-in who literally asked as he came in, "Is there a waitlist?" He got seated in about 20 seconds, while I'm still sitting there, still waiting for my 5 o'clock appointment (at 5.35pm). Another guy who had come in 20 min. after me was already seated, getting buzzed. If you're buddy-buddies with them, great, again, this is the place for you, as they will seat you as soon as you walk in. For the rest of us, and anyone not fitting their desired "front-of-house" profile, get ready for second-class citizen treatment.
NOT Covid safe. No one was wearing a mask when we walked in. I was going to leave but mostly everyone put on a mask and we were able to go to the back of the store for a haircut for my son. Barber chairs were also too close together. There was no apparent ventilation or air purifiers. Our barber, Diana, was wonderful and accommodating. After we left almost everyone took their masks off again. Definitely not a Covid safe place to get a haircut.
