Sandy, we are an actual business with a business license. Our physical location of the office is not indicative of our business status. Our website states for you to call for appointments, and does not list a physical address for that very purpose. I accommodated your order in a friendly and helpful manner and you were pleased with the results of printing. I'm not sure why we deserve a 2 star rating?

This is a home-based set-up. I thought I picked this place because the address showed was downtown Ocala but it is not, it's at a private home near Silver Springs. Consequently I had to drive around a neighborhood trying to find the house. Creepy was I had to knock on someone's front door like the pizza deliverman and pray I got the right address. The two star is because Heather was nice and the printing I order was fine, but the minus 3 is because it should have been clear on the webpage it's home-based and not an actual business.

I had some class shirts that I needed made on a tight time frame. They helped me every step of the way, including with some design questions, and made the process easy and pain-free. The shirts turned out amazing and were even ready a day early! Definitely recommend them for any custom shirt projects.
