Ordered a pair of cargo trousers, when they arrived the quality was not great and the cloth was very thin and much too baggy, I sent them an email because I wanted to ask a few questions I did not want to have emails going back and forth and taking for ever to answer my questions so I wanted a contact number. I got an email back stating that they deal with all enquiries via email, I sent them another email and asked them to take me off the list and close my account. I got an email back saying we will remove you from our emailing list also and that was it.....no sorry to lose your custom or anything.....I would never buy from this company again, GOING BACK TO PREMIERMAN AND JACAMO. BigDude have obviously got enough customers and dont care about about the customers they lose.
Poor customer service. Item delivered to old address although I had updated the address on a previous order. No customer service number just an email.have emailed twice no reply. Will not be using this company again and would warn others not to
I have ordered a number of items from bigdude and always got them on time the right size and product never had any problems and great sizes that are what they say they are not European sizes that wouldnt fit a child these are a perfect fit and quality
Very customer unfriendly! I returned an order to exchange for smaller size and am still waiting for the full refund of 159.91 for the tracked return that was received by them over a week ago. Customers are treated very badly. They don't reply to messages over Facebook or by email and there is no phone number so it must feel they can act with impunity. I shall be needing to contact trading standards straight away!
