Worst customer service ever . I have called this company since December and it almost February. They wont pass you a supervisor and you have the right to talk to one too
If you are experiencing an issue with natural gas and have had the slightest exposure to COVID-19 ONG WILL TURN OFF YOUR GAS (even if there is no actual issue or leak) and they will not send someone back out to investigate it FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS. Do (or say) what you will with this information, if you should need to call them . . .
As an established paying customer ONG did not supply gas to my house for over 14 days. A passerby-er hit my meter in my yard, unfortunately. ONG turned the gas off and didn't return for long periods of time. Every time I called to ask, they were very rude and could not tell me anything about the time line or what was still needed. 2 weeks of cold showers was not pleasant, especially when I wasn't responsible for the outage.
