I would have given this place 5 stars but due to the stress parking has given us, brought it down to one. Their partnership with SP parking is what's tanking this place. 1. It's overpriced. With the # of complications we've had, it should be $100 less a month. 2. People running SP parking have absolutely no idea how to run a parking garage. I've had issues 1-2 a month, and it takes them weeks to resolve them.

While we do have some small interior renovations occurring throughout the property at different times, we do limit the hours of which they take place as to not disturb anyone during early or late hours and send notices so that everyone is aware when work is being done. Views were great but the construction noise was unbearable. I was a subletter and still got smashed with all the move in fees etc though I was only staying 6 months

I am a real estate agent and working with the staff at Kingsbury Plaza is always such a pleasure. Faheem specifically is super easy to work with and communicates after hours which most agents dont do. For river north this building has some amazing incentives and the units are gigantic! The proximity to East Bank club is just a bonus and you can walk from the building to the club underground in the winter. I always keep this at the top of my list for my clients.

DO NOT move here. My fiancé and I just moved out of this building. The building experienced a huge flood and the management teams is moving so slow to fix it. Not to mention on top of it, the building lacks hot water. This building does not exhibit ANY luxury feels. If anything its a luxury building with lots of makeup on it. How about investing more money into the building instead of other things.
