I called on 03/22/2022 to cancel my service they hanged up on me. I called on 3-23-22 and they direct me to a manager to cancel the service I waited for over 1 hour and noone picked up the phone . Call again and they put me on hold for another hour.. I called again on 03/24/22 and they send me with a manager. I waited 1:15:57 to have a lady talk me out of cancelling. She keep on giving me excuses to cancel my service and was on the line with me for another half hour. I became agitate not knowing how to cancel my service. I told her I had to get ready for work. She said they will send an email with an attachment for me to sign and send it back in order to cancel the service that it wont be cancel until the entire process goes through.. That means I have to wait another month or who know when. I have never dealt with a company who keep your account hostage in order for them to profit out of you. Be careful with this company. This is insane!
Worst cancellation experience ever, with two hour phone calls, then an email you have to click a link in 72 hours later, then 30 days later maybe they'll let you cancel. Breached the terms of our supposed fixed rate agreement four times over a two year period. System failed to transmit or dispatch emergency services multiple times. Try Vivint, get a dog, do anything except sign an agreement with Brinks Home Security.
