Cole, you are 100% correct that our technician failed to show up. I brought her on the morning of 10-13 to determine the root cause. She had her business emails forwarded to her personal email and she turned off all notifications not remembering that detail. We cancelled the email forwarding and turned on all alerts so this will not happen again. When you called Tracy (co-owner) apologized over and over as we have not had this happen before. She told you we would do a make up at your convenience. She called you Saturday morning (10-12) and left a message. We know you are upset and have a right to be. As small business owners we do make mistakes but do everything to make it up and that is wanted Tracy was trying to do. We still want to as Tracy would like to hear from you,

I had an appointment here for 10/12 at 6:45, the technician that was supposed to whiten my teeth never showed. Therefore, I called the owner, she stressed and apologized about the inconvenience, she also stated she would be able to get me in anytime I was available including after hours. I told her I would check my schedule and call back. Later that evening about one our after my original appointment, I attempted to call the owner of the chain back with no luck, the mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a voice mail. Seems as though they do not care much for their customers. Highly do not recommend due to the lack of clear communication, and no-show employees. I can not speak on how the actual teeth whitening service is, considering the service was never completed.
Sydney, the shade chart goes from 2 to 40. The process is to remove the stains off your teeth and get your natural smile back. You went from a shade 14 to 6 in two 20 minute sessions and you were only charged for a 40 minute session instead of a 60 minute session that you signed up for. Most competitors would have charged you 3x to 4x as compared to our very competitive price. Your natural shade is 6 and that is a great smile. Thank you.

I didnt see much of a difference after a 40 minute session. The service was great but I dont think its worth the price unless you have fairly yellow teeth.

Hands down the best experience and results Ive been looking for. From the super easy appointment process (just book online!) to the exceptionally friendly and comfortable staff, the results speak for themselves. Ive never had teeth whitening before and have always wanted to try it. I choose preferred one based on reviews and how quickly I was able to make an appointment. Less than 24 hours I was able to get seen and they made me feel completely comfortable. Totally painless and she explained every step of the way. My teeth have never been whiter but still looking natural. If I could give this 10 stars I would. After care is described in detail and they even give you water on your way out to ensure you rinse and hydrate. Will definitely be coming back in 6-12 months. Recommend 1000%!
