I purchased a groupon for $125 credit towards custom framing. Before they gave me a total for my framing, they asked me if I had a coupon, I told them yes, but should have asked for the price first. They charged $324.00, even with my $125.00 coupon. What they did was jack up the price before to make up for the coupon. After paying the outrageous amount, they handed me the frame work with no protection to keep from scratching on the trip home. I ask the owner if she could wrap it in some paper and she said it was to expensive to wrap with the paper she had. She was extremely rude and could care less about customer service. Don't get scammed by this company!
