Worst customer service ever. Especially for some one who serves in the military and has seen combat. Charles came not ready to work there was an issue with payment. I told him ill walk to an atm just start working on my vehicle they wanted money first. Money isnt an issue with me. But the whole time you could have been figuring out my car while I worried about the paying

Very solid service. Up front and informative on everything that was wrong with my car, then fixed the same day...and didn't have to leave the home! Owner also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything went well. Good customer service isn't the norm for mechanics, but these guys have it well oiled (get it? lol). Will definitely recommend to anyone else that needs service at home or at the location of your car.

Found this company on the internet. Desperate for service on Sunday, they had good reviews and now I know why. Mark coordinated the techs visit and Eddie (Aldo) was at my door within an hour of my call. Great customer, service, honest and very reasonably priced. Saved me money compared to if I had gone to a the dealership and car is running great.

I would like to share my experience with my car repair service. When I called , I was instructed to wait a few and someone will get back to me and I waited and no one ever did. That left me with my car with inoperable door locks that day. I was replacing door actuators. I could have used that time to find another mobile mechanic repair service, perhaps they were just busy that day. The estimates were fair and the mechanic was a nice person but I was a little disappointed that I found that my brand new car seat covers got stained. Then I had to sign paper work that states if they break small parts I have to pay for it. I'm not too sure if I'll call them back. I'm not being negative here just want to share how my experience was.
