Went through all the processes of designing and setting up business T-shirts and sweatshirts etc. Placed order after final invoice was given and gave the deposit needed to get the order going and get the items done. I sent an email a week later to check on the order only to find out that the prices have gone up for the design that was already quoted. I decided I was not paying more than what I was originally quoted as this was not my mistake. I canceled my complete order and asked for a refund. Very disappointed
