Hey Dennis, This review is completely fabricated. Lets be clear on what happened: You approved artwork 2 separate times and failed to notice that something was misspelled, even though our approval form says in bold in 2 places to review for content, spelling, and format. As a courtesy and as requested we re-printed 3 of the 4 sets of cards. In that re-print we also (again as a courtesy) allowed you to change the website you wanted on the cards. The 4th set of business cards was not part of any conversation about re-print until yesterday (days after Jeff picked up the order) when you called the shop demanding a refund, threatening to ruin our small business, and used language with Rebecca that caused us to terminate any further business relationships with you. After she got off the phone (in tears I might add) Rebecca sent you all your production files, re-created (not charged for) print-ready files, and suggested you take your business elsewhere. Then you leave this spiteful review completely lacking in facts. Remove this review Dennis, we both know its false.

Terrible services. Paid for four decks of business cards and over a month later only three delivered after several quality control problems.
Hello Chad, were so sorry we missed you when you came to see us. Two associates were out delivering projects and it sounds like our manager Brandon closed for a few minutes to use the restroom and speak with our production team. That must have been the window when you stopped by. Wed love to talk with you about your project, its rare for us to close before 5 during normal business days. Came here to get some stickers made and they were already closed it's not even time for them to be closed or a holiday
This place is awesome for smaller businesses that maybe only have one or two people working for the company. When it comes to minimum orders they are great. I have a small business and only needed printed/embroidered apparel for myself. They also provided vinyl window stickers for my vehicle, business cards, promotional stickers and embroidered hats! The whole crew is awesome over there but Johnny is my go to for any questions or design ideas! Highly recommend!
We came to Corvallis Custom in a panic needing 12 shirts in a short amount of time because we had a terrible experience with our previous designer. They told us to come in that morning and they had our design all ready to go and ordered the shirts within an hour. I was able to pick up the shirts the day they said they would be available and everyone loved them. They have great customer service and are always willing to do whatever possible to make their customers happy. We will be using them for many other projects.

It was a system error that we have not previously experienced that unfortunately caused this project to become "stuck" (for lack of a better word) in our production queue. Once brought to my attention, I immediately offered to expedite your order (of course at no additional charge) and provided an updated due date; I also offered a full refund. If you still prefer a refund, simply send me an email and I will happily provide it, with our sincere apologies. I assure you we care very much about your order and deeply regret these circumstances. We would welcome an opportunity to show you the quality of our service and products on another project as we certainly understand your frustration with this one.
