This is what can go wrong with corporations in the outdoor industry. They bought Necky Kayaks to reduce competition with their other paddle sports holdings and then destroyed the brand. Some claim they have integrated Necky into Old Town, "Inspired by Necky". All I see is that they have taken the two and mashed the worst parts into poor performing hull designs. Support for Necky products is essentially non existent.

This review is directed at Johnson Outdoors diving llc they are based out of El Cajon Ca. I had a sent in a dive watch that was working fine other than it would not link to the transmitter. Other than that the watch worked fine. A matter for fact I had used this watch not a week before on a 8 day dive trip and it was fine. I sent in the watch to these guys with the transmitter. No call back, nothing. They sent my working watch back in pieces saying there is something wrong with the receiver. ? I talked to them about it and we agreed on I would send it back they would put it back together and send back. Not sure why this has to be that hard. I get it back again and again was in pieces I have no watch anymore. DO Not Used them they will F... you over and smile back at you. You have been warned.

Great people here! Staff is friendly, loading is fast- I parked next to the gate overnight, there are residentials across the street so don't idle if you don't need to :)

Do NOT do business with this company. Humminbird Products are an absolute joke. I have two Solix 15-SI not even 3 years old and they both failed. When you call in they try and sell you on another first and then you have to pay upfront to send it back($800) each for my units. All they do is replace the unit I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This is not good business and they will fail doing it this way one owner to another. Hope this gets to their owner, what a POS.
