Impossible to reach anybody here. Emails, tweets, Facebook messages ... and nothing. I get one reply out of all of my messages: an apology for my difficulty reaching anyone and an offer to help. I reply with my question and get crickets. Never heard another word from them ever. I tried the phone extensions for sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, marketing ... I tried all of them. I got either voicemail or unending ringing. Sent emails to every address I could find on their site. Nothing. Not sure if they are going out of business, went out of business, are a front for some other operation, don't respond to non-contract persons or what. Looks like a regular business from street view, but that's the extent of it. Not sure what to make of all this. Covid? Sure, why not.
