I have purchased several Netvue security cameras. One of them will not work. For a while, customer service & I were emailing back & forth trying to solve the problem. Then one day they ceased all communications with me. Will not respond to emails or chats or my negative reviews. Give me my money back or send a new camera. DO SOMETHING!

Customer service does not respond to the inquires. Service email suddenly stopped working/. There is NO way to communicate with them.
