We are a commercial print shop and don't do walk in single bind jobs. We bind larger print runs of items that we print here. The pricing you were given was due to the fact that you were asking for something done in a "rush" time frame that we don't do. I am very sorry that was not adequately explained to you at the time. Our $45 setup fee is charged to all customers to get any project started and is not something that we added to your cost to "gouge" you. The reason you saw no customers is that almost all of our work comes in from businesses via the internet and goes out via courier or UPS shipping. Again, I am very sorry all of this was not explained to you properly. I am glad that you found a place that is setup to do your binding for you.

Will never step foot in Rhinos again. Had a simple task and they want to price gouge me. Wanted $15 to put a plastic comb binder on. Was going to cost $60 extra to have them do it while I waited because they were busy though no other customer was in sight. Luckily there are many print shops in town and I was able to get it done for $3 at one of their nearby competitors. Others must have a better experience as I'm sure they were busy but they lost me as a customer when they wanted to take advantage of me.

Rhino has been printing our labels for many years. Recently there was a mistake on one of our orders that we was prepared to live but Carl wouldn't let it go by. He insisted on making it good and he did. Now that's what good people do and we commend Carl for that. Cheers Cliff Portland U-Brew

Says online they print color copies came and took a uber to get here knocked on the door said they cant do that service and i should go to a ups store...
