Bought a New Dual Recliner and Paid Extra for Delivery. Carrying up my stairs it was Dropped and Damaged- Scuffs on Corners and Right Side Recliner was Damaged. I was promised a replacement when the color I wanted came in and I even offered to pay a difference for a real Leather Recliner. I told the nice gentleman Please keep in touch with me. It is now months Later and I have heard from Nobody so I paid for a Damaged Recliner that looks used and does not Recline. Another Senior Citizen gets the Short End Unfortunately.
