I drove 30 minutes this morning to arrive at their 10am opening time after advertising same day printing over the phone. The shop then remained closed until 10:30, and was even forced to wait an additional hour prior to being helped. Upon waiting an additional hour, they let me know they are not actually able to do same day printing!

The website is accurate when it claims that they specialize in rush orders! We are very pleased with the service, and so grateful for the work they put in to complete this massive project for us.
