Service falls apart after payment received. Lovely service at the time of buying two sofas. Unfortunately since then, despite repeated phone calls over several weeks I have no idea where the sofas are or when they will be delivered. Can't comment on the quality of the products I haven't received.
I am really sorry to be writing this review, I love designers guild products but the delivery and follow up customer service has become so poor that one wonders if DG really want to run an on-line business. In one month I have had soft furnishing orders (inc rugs) left 50m from my house, in-completed orders, undelivered orders and the latest is that after 21 days and 3 phone calls (including promises of delivery) 300 worth of cushions are still not delivered. Customer Service, especially at Kings Rd, results in being put on hold and referred to an answer machine. This is not good enough for a prestigious company like DG.
