Treated absolutely terrible!! After having them do a couple orders for me ( which they messed up the face masks ) and took over a month to get! I went back in for a small order using the same artwork, i waited over 10 days and Never heard from them! I called and left a message but Never heard back from anyone! I went by there and they hadn't even started them. And then the man there gets an attitude with me for being disappointed that they hadn't done what they were supposed and never bothered to communicate with me. Then he says just take them back! So i did! Never Ever put up with a service business that talks down to a paying customer!! Terrible business!!

Beyond excellent! Christina was so helpful, and really made my day by embroidering a baby jersey for me for my grandson's baby shower after another local shop ruined my first jersey. Thank you Christina everything was perfect
