Kronos has a problem every week, no solution for multiple problems, connectivity, data base, reports, basically will ruin your day and will cost you hours of extra time for your payroll employee. Very BAD!

Everytime I've filled out some application that has been developed by Kronos, it's terrible. I recall one time the spot to put my name only would allow 6 characters, when I have a name that is well more than 6 characters. This is only one of many times I've seen their terrible UI and website design over the past 10 years. Watching my roommate now try to apply to random jobs, they didn't get any better. We can make a conclusion, one reason why some people have such a hard time finding jobs is due to the applications being farmed out to people like Kronos. Any company which is looking to contract their HR through them should really reconsider.
