Horrible customer service! Spoke with Marcy today about an order placed on 8/12/2020 and as of 10/15/2020 has not been received! Her lack of compassion and phone skills need major work! She was rude and condescending when I asked for an apology! Didnt exactly know why she needed to apologize! Maybe lets start with why its taken almost two months to find out where my order is after multiple emails? Maybe apologize for your attitude and why you are just finding out about this!! She could care less that I would dispute the charges on my credit card because her words weve already been paid by the school! Wow!! This was a school fundraiser and this is how you feel!! Horrible customer service! She spoke over me multiple times and refused to let me speak with an adult that may know how to treat a customer! Hope you like Karma Marcy because you will meet her someday!
Horrible experience. Ordered a very large order from the company, was told a day they would be ready and didn't receive the order for ANOTHER 3 weeks. No communication by the company AT ALL telling me why they were late. Had to call numerous times. When I got all the apparel I had students telling me that the company had left large excess materials from the embroidery in their jacket. I would advise everyone to steer away from this company.
