STAY AWAY. PLACED AN ORDER FOR 26 PALLETS FOR ALMOST $12K. 1 MONTH LATER ORDER WAS STILL NOT READY FOR PICKUP. AFTER SPEAKING WITH MY INDEPENDANT SHIPPER THEY ADVISED ME THAT PALLETS WERE MISSING AT WAREHOUSE. DIRECT LIQUIDATION OFFERED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR 15 MISSING PALLETS BUT COULD NOT TELL ME HOW MUCH UNTIL THEY WERE SHIPPED. I REFUSED THAT BECAUSE THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND THERE WOULD BE NO WAY TO KNOW WHAT ITEMS WERE ACTUALLY GOING TO SHIP. AFTER CHATTING WITH DANNY S FOR OVER A WEEK I WAS ADVISED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A 30% RESTOCK FEE FOR THE REMANING 11 PALLETS. I EXPLANED TO HIM I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR 11 PALLETS BUT 26 PALLETS. Customer support is awful. Never let me speak to a manager. I order something about a month ago. When it got purchased it created two orders for it. I paid for one. The other one I kept getting reminders to pay. I kept pointing this out to customer service they told me to ignore. Now my account is shut off for too many unpaid orders even though Ive paid for every single order. I spend at least 5 grand a week with this company
