We've had a great experience with USV. The building (James Building) and our space are always clean and well-kept, they've invested in good amenities like the fitness center, and any maintenance issues are always addressed quickly. Overall, they're responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Previously rented from Urban Story at the 5800 Building and now we're in 9550SF in the 5700 Building. It's been a phenomenal experience. Property Manager is easily reached and a great communicator. Highly recommend.

Our company (MTD4 VETERANS), has been here with OBC Properties and staff from day one off our business! It is our first office space for lease and they have really been there for many on many occasions . Every year all the offices get Christmas baskets. It's the little things like the gifts that makes us stay. The maintenance crew and the administration staff are the best at what they do!!!
