I love this business and spend a lot of money and time here. I want to give a higher rating, but I’m posting this review with very specific advice: don’t get corydoras/cory catfish here. I’ve had pretty good luck with most other things I’ve purchased from here - different species of fish, shrimp, plants, live food, and other nonliving goods. But for some reason, these in particular have always died. I have a large, well balanced tank and I check its water parameters often. It already has a school of happy, fat cory catfish in it, that I’ve had for a couple years. I’ve tried to buy more fish for my school at least 5 separate times. Each time, without fail, they die. They usually come rather sickly and don’t last more than a month, if I’m lucky. Often times, they won’t eat a variety of food I try: live, frozen, pellets, wafers. I’ve even tried different species of cories, only to get the same result. Since my most recent failure with their cories a couple of months ago, I finally decided to go to a box store instead. I wanted to see if it was just me. Nope, these new cories have been thriving for two months now. They are eating, growing, and have assimilated with my preexisting school. So, please, by all means keep shopping here. I know I will. Just don’t get cory catfish.
