Hey friend... just FYI, the company you are upset with is called Surf City Tours and is a serperate business from our surf shop in Santa Monica. Sorry you had a bad tour, but again that is a seperate busines that picks it customers up at our shop.

We took the Best of the city tour with these fools. False advertising on their pamphlets. We saw little to nothing - disclaimer disclaimer disclaimer. There is a sign on the bus asking for ridiculous tips to a driver who was so negative. The shop is grossly overpriced. Worst experience ever.

I thought it was a terrible experience, I booked an tour trip and was told it was cancelled two times and I came all the way from New York. I dont know how they operate but I think it was terrible. I hope a full refund with extra money for cancellation, it doesnt matter who operates it, it should run properly.

I needed body boards for my eight and six year old while on vacation for a few days. They had one size board taller than my six year old. One worker said it was "kinda one size fits all". The other said she "would grow into it." When, in the two days we had left before going home? Why does she need to grow into it if it's one size fits all? The board was priced lower than Amazon, I noticed. It worked fine for my eight year old.
