Customer service is terrible. Went in to pick up an order for our team and the man in the back wouldn't even get off to couch to greet me. He barely took his eyes away from his phone to assist. Will be looking into alternative for future business.
While I love to shop local stores, the past two interactions I have have with Hometown have been disappointing. They made a mistake on my son's track uniform and I had to pick it up the day of his first meet (and not the size I ordered) and now I am still trying to get the correct order for a sweatshirt I ordered going on three weeks later. We are about to no longer need the sweatshirt. Customer service should be improved in order to maintain customers.
