Very disappointed when I received an item I purchased for $43. I dont understand how they wouldnt think Id ask for a refund. It arrived partially chipped, not sanded, and scuffed. It cannot even stand up by itself like I was told it would. First picture is what I thought I was getting, the rest of the pictures are what I got

I ordered Valentine's Day log. I received it with the wrong date on it. When I contacted the business they admitted their mistake but wanted me to fix his mistake by squeezing the missing number in-between the others myself.......He argued with me on my Facebook page and my messenger....I had to get a refund through PayPal by opening a case against him as he was completely unprofessional and Now I have a $50 pieceNow I have a $50 piece ofNow I have a $50 piece of firewoode aNow I have a $50 to help fix his mistake.
