Tracy, Sorry to hear your disappointed in your quote. I checked in our system and did not see any emails. I was able to pull up the quote from 48 days ago and 10k is not enough to cover the materials and permit needed to complete your project. We would be happy to make any adjustments to your quote. If it helps our basements start at $39 per foot (not including plumbing) for basic.

I had them out for a quote. The sales person was nice, professional and said he would send me multiple versions of my quote for a basement remodel. I shared up front we had $10,000 so I need to know what options fit that kind of budget. I recieved one quote for $30,000 worth of work and despite attempts to contact them to see what other options we had, I never heard back. I emailed and called. Very disappointed.

Creative Design and Build is the BEST! They painted my moms entire house (inside) and the guys are just great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and the work quality is second to none! In fact were going to be using them again for a bathroom remodel in the near future! Dont waste your time calling a bunch of other places for quotes like I did, just go straight to the best!

Creative Design and Build just completed a basement addition in our home. We absolutely love it, great team of guys. They were on time, communication was excellent. We plan on using them to update our master bath soon.
