Aubrey I am Sorry this happened to you. We can issue a refund or exchange the ink cartridge. We would also be glad to go install the ink in your printer to make sure it is the correct ink and that fits correctly.

Have ink all over my hands and was not able to insert ink jet into the printer. It did not line up properly to snap in. Totally useless to me
