just awful Bank, regret opening my account here. To start the people Initially worked with were real nice, but outside of that incompetent. Not only did they take and input my information wrong in their system, but now I can't get local in country support in Honduras or the US. I just get the run around. All I need is my email and account access corrected for international deposits and account monitoring, is this so hard? The online folks are telling I can only solve this by going to the local in country branch. I'm in Chicago, not gonna happen for another year in the meantime I risk fraud as I'm not able to monitor my account. The US branch won't help either and at times I just get stuck in their IVR system. Find yourself another bank to handle your international transactions. While nobody in the bank cares when the account is an overseas account thank goodness they are also registered in the US. You Bet I will report this to the Federal Reserve.
