At first, I was quite happy with the service. It provided me with many versions of the browsers I wanted to test in, and overall, I had a smooth connection. Unfortunately, they state that their live testing is powered by "real machines and real browsers." This is false information; you can tell by the little "VMWare Tools" icon in the corner. Furthermore, I had a fairly poor connection as I was on vacation, and ended up getting disconnected, though the dashboard says my session is still running and it won't let me launch a new session because I need to upgrade. I contacted support about it, and got a response that they would look into it and get back to me within the next couple of minutes. That was several hours ago, and I still have no response. I've only been using this service for less than a week, and I already heavily regret purchasing a subscription. I've got my eyes set on BrowserStack, as it's free for open-source projects.
