The doctor is very nice but the people working at the front desk are snarky and unhelpful. Be prepared to spend a lot of money because they will try to push every possible upcharge!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! If you want wrong diagnoses, consistent issues with the billing, and overly charged cheap glasses this is the place for it. I went to this clinic in January and later got referred to a specialist because the doctor thought I had a hole in my eye which I dont. The problems continued afterward when I received several letters in the mail for bill charges that I needed to pay, even though I paid $200+ bill the day of the visit and was told everything is paid in full. In addition, the 3+ letter sent had different dues because the technicians and billers kept messing up the amount due. So now 2 months later, I cant return the glasses and expect more money to pay for the exam and glasses (they arent even brand name), totaling at $300+ WITH insurance. I have worn glasses all my life and NEVER have I paid this much amount of money for an exam and glasses, or had this much trouble dealing with the staff. Staff is rude and lazy

The staff is so friendly and very helpful! The ladies helped me find perfect glasses and will definitely be honest to make sure you find the pair that suits you! Out of all the eye clinics I've been to in my time, tampa eye med on euclid is by far the best. Definitely recommend!!!

Everyone at the Tampa Eye Clinic at the South Tampa location is AMAZING! Never been here before but was pleasantly greeted by the staff, both by Tami and Brenton. Both employees were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Russell was professional and very detailed and clear in explaining matters to me. The clinic is very clean and very organized. They were taking all the COVID precautions to protect patients. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing and the rules were enforced when people didn't comply. They checked temperatures at the door and screened in parking lot. Excellent experience! Plenty of brand name frames to choose from. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place.

Horrible experience. Went in for a routine eye exam that was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. Somehow paid a bill for 250$ that I signed because my eyes were dilated and I couldnt see. The doctor said the effects of the dilation should only last a little when it lasted hours and said I was okay to drive home which I definitely wasnt. I called back a few days later and questioned the 250$ charge and the girl said they got the information wrong and would give me 200$ back still dont understand how I paid 50$ but was too frustrated to keep going back and fourth. The staff was friendly but outside of that an overall horrible experience I definitely wont be returning.
