Noel, I am sorry I was unavailable when you stopped in this morning. I was with another customer in my office discussing his t-shirt project. The shirt you wanted to show me was dropped off yesterday. You stated that you would return at 4:30. You did not. Please understand that all of our orders are custom. They do take time to review. Our goal is to produce a quality product. Yours specifically would have taken time as well, as the sample shirt you brought was air brushed. I would have been happy to take the time needed to discuss your needs. I have been in this industry for 12 years. I have printed for major retail shops across the country. Although what you might see when you walk through the door looks a bit mom and pop. Don't judge a book by it's cover. You might be surprised if you knew our customer base and our capabilities. I wish you well with your business.

I tried to call them to order 24 shirts on Friday. I know it's before the holiday. The guy that answered told me, I'm busy right now, can you go to our website. This was after I had gone to the website. I was calling to get price information and some helpful advice. I tried using their website design tool from 2-different computers, to no avail. I had to admit defeat with attempting services here. I ended up contacting another office in Clermont that was willing to talk to me on the phone, and answer my questions. I ordered my shirts friday, got proofs on Sunday, and final product Tuesday afternoon.

I ordered 38 soccer jerseys for a school club. I've ordered shirts and jerseys from other places before and there would be mistakes or misprints here and there. NOT the case with these guys. Great quality! The store owner was in contact with me from the moment I left the store, to the moment I picked up the jerseys. Super friendly, quick, and effective. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
