I called to make an eye appt and none was available.(I'm not a patient or customer...just called for an eye exam). Later that day, I get a text message from their corporate office asking me to rate my experience. This means that Levin Eyecare is COLLECTING AND USING MY DATA WITHOUT MY CONSENT. To be clear, this review is not just for the Belvedere office, but for the corporate practice as a whole. In Europe, where an individual's right to privacy is valued, this is illegal (GDPR) and is also illegal in California. While Levin hasn't technically done anything wrong here, let me give you more substantial feedback than I ever could with a phone survey: I'm voting with my $$$ and will now not set foot in your store. A shame as I was ready to purchase 2 high end frames. Gotta wonder if Levin, like a lot of merchants and their IT people, will take my info and sell/rent it...as that's where the real $$ are....DATA. You are now BLOCKED! I do hope you'll reconsider this business practice.

I got a call to come pick my daughters glasses. I got there and one of the ladys with a low hair cut checked and could not find it. They later told me they did call me. I immediately called the number that called me. When they heard the voice, the second lady told me to end the call that they will fix it. My daughters glasses was taken to another location and the lady with the low hair cut told me to go get it there or I wait till its brought back to them. I tired telling her it wasnt my fault it was taken there and as sure, I cant go pick it up there. She told me she cant either. She was extremely rude and unprofessional with bad behavior calling me the B word server times and told me to come out of the store so we go do it outside. I reported the issue. Nothing was done about it for her calling me the B word. I wont recommend this place to no one. Shes not fit to work in that professional field. I mean the lady with the low hair cut. So rude and unprofessional. It took another week for me to get my daughters glasses.

One of the biggest disappointments in all of Baltimore, and by far the worst optometrist I've ever been to in my entire life. I strongly advise you spend your money somewhere else.
