Dear Miss, We're sorry for your dissatisfaction. We believe in being as transparent as possible. With that being said, when you initially called, you explained that you would be arriving at exactly our closing hour (6 pm). The vehicle was pulled out to the front for you. However you ended up arriving as we were leaving, not only did you arrive 30 minutes later than you stated but it was also 30 minutes passed our closing hour (6:30 pm). You stated you wanted to test drive the vehicle and although it was after-hours we courteously took the vehicle out again for you. Finally, you aggressively kept tugging at the rear view mirror in route of the test drive and proceeded to yank it off. The reason we require the test-drive waiver is to hold drivers responsible for any damage that is caused by them to the vehicle during a test-drive. When you did pull off the rear view mirror we kindly turned a blind eye.

Comical! I was NOT impressed when seeing vehicle. I told guy at dealership earlier in the day, I wanted to test drive car when arriving but when I got there later, the car was still in very back surrounded by other cars not readily available for driving. It smelled like a smoker owned car previously. Was only allowed to drive short distance 2 blks into a culdesac and then return back to dealership, absolutely NO freeway driving allowed per dealership. Rear view mirror also fell off on test drive. Employee said their insurance would not allow people to test drive cars on freeway, also must sign their waiver to test drive a car.Buyer beware..

Unfortunately in our line of work, we do have to deliver bad news if a bank declines a customers loan application. However we would never deliver the news in a disrespectful manner.

I came across them on USAA because I saw they were a certified premium dealer. Called and scheduled an appointment to go see the car, they responded right away and gave me advice on what my best option would be for financing. Very impressed by this dealership!

Best dealership I have ever worked with. Sheri and the staff were very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I purchased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them and have no complaints. They made something that has always been so dreadful for me super easy, quick, and actually enjoyable. Definitely coming back, great vehicles and great people what more could you ask for?
Did not find them to be organized, professional or friendly. I don't recommend.
