Scribble Software takes great pride in offering a high-quality product backed by excellent customer service. Our representatives work tirelessly with our customers to assure smooth implementations and operations. If there is an issue, we work hard to correct it. We care, and we expect payment for goods and services sold according to the parameters of our Contract Summary. Scribble Software has dedicated many hours working with this customer via online demonstrations where the customer could see the product in action, ask questions, and even use the product in their own environment. Every effort was made on the part of Scribble Software to offer support, educate, and help the customer. After the sale, Scribble Software invested many additional hours setting up, configuring, training, and providing services to draw out and implement their interactive visual property maps. Motor City Marina made an informed purchase, used Scribble Software products for nearly six months, and demanded a full refund after choosing to revert to their original in house developed software. Even after Scribble Software won a charge back rebuttal, Scribble Software continued to reach out to the customer to offer assistance.

Absolutely terrible software. If you have been in the marina business for a while and/or are starting a new marina, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for marina software. Software is very cumbersome, poorly laid out, and had so many problems that I never even used it. When I asked for a refund, the company stopped returning my phone calls. If you were considering using this software, feel free to contact Motor City Marina and I will tell you my experience with it. Buyer beware.

We have been using MarinaGo for 6 months and could not be happier! The program has been easy to use and the transition was smooth due to the team at Scribble. The service has been terrific. If you're looking for a way to streamline the operation and daily management of your harbor/marina...it's the way to go!

We've been using Scribble since January of 2015 and are very pleased with its ease of operation. We were able to customize the program to work with our business and it is been very efficient in tracking inventory and billing. The support team is very helpful and will walk us through any situations we may come across. There have been times that we've had to wait for a support person to get back to us which is our biggest problem with the program. I wish I could give it less stars but hey, at least the thing starts up (although it never runs correctly). Let me say, switching to this software cost my marina TONS of money, not only overpaying for the terrible software, but on the money I lost from botched sales and overtime costs on trying to fix the software. First off, this software is very heavily QuickBooks dependent. Now, while QB is in itself a good program, a good POS system should have its own back office. Part of where this program suffers is in its communication to QB. They have recently changed, or upgraded that method of communication, but that has only made it worse. The program relies on a third program to communicate between it and QB. Whoever built this program had no idea what they were doing. For the money I paid for it, I could have had someone build me a custom program that would have worked multitudes better. Sadly, its too late to return the software and with the money I have lost, it makes it that much harder to replace. In short, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM TO ANYONE.
