Sell to Bob really dropped the ball with us. They rang our phone off the hook trying to get our business. We finally sign the contract for Bob to sell our house. We had a closing date of May 1st. But They stopped all communication. We figured they didnt want our business. Because the closing day came and passed and no calls. We started talking to other investors. One day out of the blue a title company calls us to tell us they needed a few documents before the closing in our house in a few days. It seems like sell it to bob (Nicole his assistants) moved our closing date from the 1st of May to the 11th of May and they forgot to call us. The only reason we went along with it was because we didnt want to start all over again with someone else. Big mistake! We closed on the house on Monday 11may and here it is the 14th May no funds in our account. We go to our house and somebody is already in it. I call the title company and Karen at the title company says Nicole at sell it to bob had not given the ok for them to transfer the funds. Luckily I called the title company and told That them someone is already in our home. But we dont have the money for the sell. We spoke to The couple that purchased our home and they stated they wanted the house as soon as they saw it. Which was over a month. and they were allowing us a few weeks to move out. Sell it bob gave us 4 days notice to pack and move out and I had to argue with Nicole to get that. Were in a hotel and still looking for a home for our German Shepard. Our dog is misplace because of such short notice. Nicole bobs assistant is not responsible and does not follow up and wants to get an attitude if you question her. And when I ask for Bobs telephone no. They would not provide it. I dont know if there really is a Bob?
