The customer service was very unsatisfactory. We had to wait half an hour to even get our paddle board. The staff was very sharp and unkind. Once we paid for the board, we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring it down to the beach. As we had never done it before, we didn't know there were certain "rules" involved with paddle boarding such as keeping it deeper than knee deep water and having the paddle with it at all times. So we bring it up to the sand, and yes we are at fault here, but we didn't know that that was a "no no" and how the staff handled the situation is why I'm leaving this review. They come marching down the beach and yell at my sister when they didn't make us aware of any rules in the first place. Then, they come over to me as I was down the beach retrieving the paddle and yell at me for the same reasons. They then proceed to find where we're sitting and yell at my mom for allowing us to break the rules that they hadn't made any of us aware of. They provided terrible customer service and we will never be renting from them again.

We have all new equipment! Our rates are based on the cost of doing legal business in south Florida and are par with our uninsured n unlicensed competition! Sounds like a review from our illegal competition Very slanderous

Was so surprised at how rude this operation is and compound that with over priced rental rates for terrible equipment and I say Stay Away. there are much nicer and better rental operations in the area.

Had surf lessons with Jesse and it was a great experience! He helped me learn to catch the wave on my own and gave me lots of pointers along the way to successfully ride. He also provided lots of extra tips along the way that were useful for when Im on my own. Overall the staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely rent from there in the near future!
