A local business that has low integrity and bad communication. I placed an order for 35 D-T-G (direct-to-garment) t-shirts in April for a group of University of Houston enthusiast after finding "Fast" Printing & Graphics on Facebook. The order was over $300. It took 2 weeks to receive the order. Once I did, I washed one shirt and it faded like it had been washed 100x. I took the entire order back, and Ross explained how he could fix the shirts. After a series of dramatic excuses over a 5 month period including near fatal accidents, relationship drama and family/close friend drama, Ross finally returned the shirts I had ordered in April. When I washed them again, the same fade occurred. Ross has not returned a call, text or email from us since the pick up arrangement. In the end, the business owner falsely promoted what he could actually do. He wasted our Time.

I've used FPG for several years and have had great experiences. I've been able to create several shirts and customized gifts like embroidered towels and tumblers and they turned out amazing. Very satisfied!
